3rd Grade Spring Choral Concert Information

Our Spring Concert is right around the corner! To ensure your family has the absolute best experience, please read of the following information regarding the concert schedule, procedures, and dress code.

During the second week of May, your chorus student will perform in two concerts: an inschool concert (during the school day on 5/9) and an evening concert for the community. Your child’s evening concert is either on 5/9 or 5/10 depending on their homeroom teacher:

If your child’s homeroom teacher is Eikelberner, Grabell, Hopf, or Simmons they will be performing their evening concert at 7:00p.m. on Tuesday, 5/9. (Their inschool concert will occur on the same day)

If your child’s homeroom teacher is Borup, Dailey, Hess, Koney, or Rogala they will be performing their evening concert at 7:00p.m. on Wednesday, 5/10. (Their inschool concert will occur on Tuesday, 5/9)

*Note that all students have an in-school concert on Tuesday, 5/9, and will need to be dressed appropriately.

Procedures and Dress Code

  • Arrival at the evening concert: Students are to arrive between 6:30p.m. and 6:45p.m. and report directly to the cafeteria, while parents report to the Auditorium to find seats. At 7:00p.m, students will begin walking onto the stage. Note: Doors will be locked prior to 6:30p.m.

  • Dress code: Students are asked to wear black and white clothing (no colors). Small accessories (ties, belts) can be colorful. For the in-school concert, students may pack their formal clothing or wear it to school.

Thanks again for your support of the 3rd Grade Choral Program, and I look forward to seeing you at the evening concert!
