FAQs for WW-P's Virtual Ceremonies
How will I be able to watch virtual events?
The ceremonies will be launched on YouTube and posted on ww-p.org at:
- 6 p.m. June 18, for Eighth Grade Salutes (both CMS and GMS)
- 5 p.m. June 19, for High School North's Graduation
- 7:30 p.m. June 19, for High School North's Graduation
Are the times listed above the only time that I can view the virtual ceremonies?
No. The videos will live on the district's YouTube pages and will be available on the graduation websites for future viewing.
Will I need a password or login to view the virtual program?
No. The link will be a public link viewable by anyone with access to the internet.
Should I wear my cap and gown while I watch the virtual ceremony?
Of course! While it is not the same as being in the arena, we want you to enjoy the moment, wear your cap and gown and turn your tassel to make it official.
How was WW-P able to have the principals, superintendent, board president, and speakers participate during the production of the ceremony when we are supposed to be social distancing?
WW-P, with the help of the production company, captured all the speakers during a day-long video session and each person involved was able to come in and record their part while complying to CDC social distancing guidelines.
