Technology Help Center (Chromebook Repair/Replacement) Has Moved!

Effective Jan. 5, 2021: The Technology Help Center has moved to the Penn Lyle Road entrance at High School South (346 Clarksville Road, West Windsor). The Help Center will operate out of the entrance to the new theatre. Parents should pull up to the theatre entrance and wait in their car to be greeted by a member of the technology staff. 

Technology Help Center Hours

The Technology Department will be available to assist students with broken Chromebooks from 12:45 - 3:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


  1. The process for ALL-VIRTUAL students to report tech issues/exchanges: Please complete this form.
  2.  Once the form has been completed, please come to High School South on a Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 12:45 - 3:15 p.m.

The process for HYBRID students to report a tech issues/exchange:

  1.  If it is the HYBRID IN-PERSON WEEK, students in grades 5-12 should report any tech issue to the teacher, the teacher will enter a tech ticket and the student will receive a replacement device. 
  2.  Because HYBRID students in grades K-4 will keep their devices at home even during their in-person week, they should complete this form and then report to HSS between the hours of 12:45 - 3:15 p.m. Tuesday or Thursday. 
  3.  If it is the HYBRID VIRTUAL WEEK, please complete this form and come to High School South on a Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 12:45 - 3:15 p.m.
