Registration Information
Welcome to the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. We are pleased to offer online pre-registration through Registration Gateway to streamline the district’s student enrollment process.
WW-P is currently registering K-12 students for the 2025-26 school year. After completing an online application and submitting the required documentation, you will be prompted to schedule a phone appointment.
New student (Kindergarten through grade 12) registration for the 2026-2027 school year is also open as is the application process for the Dual Language Immersion Program for Kindergarten families.
Please make sure to choose the correct school year registration link when registering.
Kindergarten Families: Appointments are NOT required for admission. Confirmation of your child's enrollment will be provided after the application and documentation are reviewed. Parents/Guardians will be contacted if needed. Please contact Central Registration if you have not received enrollment confirmation within five (5) business days.
As a reminder, all supporting documents must be uploaded to complete the registration process. Please include the following records:
- Birth certificate
- Four (4) Proofs of residency
* 1 (one) Primary document
~Renters: Fully executed lease
~ Homeowners: Deed, Closing Statement, most recent mortgage statement, or most recent property tax bill
*3 (three) Secondary documents (E.g., bank account, driver's license, insurance, and utility bills issued in the last 30 days)
- Immunization records (We require a full list of vaccines that the child has received.)
- Current physical exam form (completed by a US doctor in the past 365 days) must be submitted within 30 days of registration. If your child is planning on playing Interscholastic sports, the physical must be completed by a NJ doctor.
- Recent student photo (head shot, forward facing)
- Academic records (if applicable)
