Technology Help Desk

To create a help desk ticket:

Students (grades 4-8): 
Please report the technology issue to a staff member so that a ticket may be submitted on your behalf.

Students (grades 9-12): Please use the ticket kiosk in the media center to submit your technology issue. Remember to include your wwprsd.org email in the ticket description

Staff: Please ensure that you are connected to the secure network. If you are not in District, be sure to utilize Global Protect to create a secure connection to the District network.
