On March 18, 2025, the WW-P Board of Education unanimously approved a resolution reaffirming the District’s steadfast commitment to continuing to foster a school district where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity are not just ideals but lived realities for every student, staff member, and family in our community. The resolution underscores our dedication to cultivating an educational environment where every student, educator, staff member, and community member feels seen, connected, supported, respected, and empowered to succeed.
Our commitment to this work is aligned with our District Mission and Strategic Goals. The District’s Statement on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity, can be found on the District website.
We acknowledge that this work is continuous and requires the collective efforts of our entire community. I thank you… our parents, caregivers, teachers, staff members, and administrators for your ongoing support and commitment to ensure the success of ALL of our students.
Athletics
Spring is here and our athletics seasons are in full swing at both middle schools and high schools. High school scrimmages started this week and middle school practices have also begun. As the evenings get warmer, I encourage families to come out and support our student athletes as they participate on the court, field, pitch, track, course and more! Our spring sporting events are free and open to all students and members of our community to attend. To view High School North/Community Middle School athletic schedules click here. Visual Art
Another great opportunity for our families and community members to enjoy the hard work and dedication of our students will be occurring throughout the month of April. The WW-P Visual Art Department will exhibit a sampling of student artwork at both the West Windsor and Plainsboro Libraries as well as the Plainsboro Recreation & Cultural Center. The exhibit will run in all three locations from April 3 through April 30. The Plainsboro Recreational & Cultural Center will hold the opening ceremony for elementary students on Monday, April 7, and for middle school and high school students on Tuesday, April 8. Both opening ceremonies begin at 6 p.m.
